It seemed like we had just finished 2017 and the new school year had already begun. With a new year, comes changes and new things. This is no different with Eagle's Nest!

News from the Eagle’s Nest, November 2017.

Greetings to everyone who has a heart for this work.As we look back over the many challenges, successes and struggles, we know our strength has come from God.

January 2015 - a new year, new beginnings. A new principal, new teachers, new children, new books! New friends!

Aurélie, from France, spent a month with us at Eagle' Nest and really was a blessing to everyone. We miss you! Please come back to EN. It was also great to welcome Emanuel and his friend from Switzerland. Thank you that you care so much.

January, 2014, we started the year with excitement and expectation of what God intended to do in the school and our lives. Thobeka Maqubela agreed to take on the role of acting principal, preparing the school to appoint a principal to take over from me. Three of our five classrooms were completed and the toilet block in place, although not connected. It was thrilling to be able to stand upstairs on the balcony and see all that God has accomplished the school.

We would like to take this opportunity to greet you from Eagle's Nest and wish you a blessed 2014! In the past we have written at the end of the year, but I have noticed that many people are on holiday and out of the office, so this year I am trying something new! Here is the newsletter in February, giving you an overall story of 2013.

Eagle's Nest has been open since 2006. With great anticipation we enter our eighth year, knowing that God has great plans in store for the children, staff and community.

"We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us" Phil 4:13

Even if I don't write a news page, things still keep happening! Since January it has been all go. What is most encouraging is that God has been so gracious in His guidance.
